I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks from the main area and offering beautiful views of Swiss chalets. The dining experience was lovely, and the facilities were well-maintained. However, the price compared to the star rating could be better, and Wi-Fi was not included in the stay.

My stay at the hotel was simply amazing! The rooms were fabulous, offering breathtaking views of the Lauterbrunnen valley and surrounding peaks. However, we felt there was a lack of hanging space for our ski gear, unlike our friends' room. The service was top-notch, with a very accommodating staff that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks from the main area, providing plenty of photo opportunities of charming Swiss chalets. The dining experience was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a memorable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
